Download and run

Click the download button and open the downloaded file. The program starts right away, nothing is installed.

Read us your ID

The program window shows your ID, nine digits. Read it to the technician you are on the phone with.

Click Accept

When the technician calls, a request appears on your screen. The session starts only after you click Accept.

You approve every session

Without your click on Accept nobody can reach the computer, our technician included.

You see everything we do

During the session you watch the same screen as the technician. You can end it at any moment by closing the program.

We do not call unannounced

INTO never calls to ask for access to your computer unless you contacted us first. If you get such a call, hang up and call us.

The program cannot call others

This version only receives a session. It cannot be used to reach any other computer.

Frequently asked questions

Windows warns that the publisher is unknown. What should I do?
The program is not digitally signed yet, so Windows shows that warning. Click More info, then Run anyway. If you are not sure you downloaded the right file, compare the checksum on this page or call us.
Does the program stay on the computer after the session?
The file you downloaded stays where you saved it and you can delete it. While the program is not running, access to the computer is not possible.
What is the program based on?
INTO Remote is a customized build of the open source program RustDesk, connected to our server in Belgrade. The source code of our changes is public.
