Written instructions for every job — Clearly defined scope and steps, no improvisation.
Weekdays, business hours — Jobs are scheduled in advance, at agreed times.
Engagement and payment per job — You accept only the jobs that suit you, no on-call duty.
Tools and equipment provided — We provide the toolkit; your own tools are a plus.

We expect: reliability, phone availability around agreed jobs, own transport and photos of the completed work.
